The National Coalition for Family Justice is a grassroots, gender neutral, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, founded in 1988 and headquartered in Irvington, New York. NCFJ is run by volunteers who are dedicated to helping you to promote justice in marital and family matters and to raise awareness of problems families experience in the divorce and family court system. We help families to help themselves in their cases, to change the court system and to form their own chapters of the Coalition.
NCFJ West is a not for profit, unincorporated chapter based in Silicon Valley. We are individuals who are dedicated to helping you to promote justice in marital and family matters and to raise awareness of problems families experience in the divorce and family court system.
The Coalition works for legal and judicial reforms to improve our court system. In addition, the Coalition is dedicated to empowering and educating families in crisis because of the legal system and impoverished by divorce or involved in juvenile court matters.
Our leadership includes gifted and empowered women and men who have seen and/or experienced deep injustices in the courts and work side by side to improve the judicial system.
NCFJWest is also planning protests at the local family court in order to keep the public informed of issues. It is very important that you participate in changes in the family court system.
